The project summary reports should include:

> Loan or Investment amount needed

> Loan or Investment period

> Summary of Use of Proceeds

> Summary of Project costing, Incomes projection, and

   collateral/assets if any. For land asset, please  provide land

   size, land lease period, estimated land value in US$, etc.
